Saturday, July 19th: 

The 42nd Vintage meet is part of the “Vintage VW Weekend.”

SPECTATOR

GENERAL INFO:

Location: Shoreline Community College, 16101 Greenwood Ave N, Shoreline, WA 98133

Admission: $5 (15 & under free). 

Hours: Gates open to the public at 9:00AM. You can purchase an 'early entrance' ticket for $10 if you want to enter the swap @ 7AM. 

Awards: will be presented starting @ 1:00PM. Winners are determined by popular vote. The show concludes with the GRAND PRIZE drawing, typically around 2PM.

Concessions:  Food trucks will be on location.

CAR SHOW INFO: 

• Car Show Admission is $25 IF YOU PRE-REGISTER or $35 day of show.

•   Please click on the Pre-Registration section here. for more INFO! The cost includes one (1) Vehicle & one (1) person. (pre-registration is open until 9PM the Friday night before the show) Cars that don’t Pre-register will only be admitted if space available. 

• Entry for Show Cars at 7:00AM and is open until 9:00AM. Cars arriving after 9AM MAY be admitted, depending on remaining space and pedestrian traffic conditions. PLEASE ARRIVE BEFORE 9AM to guarantee entry!

• Cars will not be allowed to exit until 2 or 3PM. This is for the safety of all our visitors and a requirement of our insurance.

• Your car must fit into a space that is 8' x 16'. If you are pulling a trailer and your vehicle + trailer exceeds spot, you will need to pay for an additional spot or you will need to park the trailer and tow vehicle outside of the show area.

SWAP MEET

• The cost to vendors for is $40 payable at the Swap entrance gate - fee includes one admission to the show. Swap spaces are approximately 16x 16' (2 parking spaces). If you need additional space, the cost is $20 per extra 16' x16'.

• Vendors are permitted on the property at 6:00AM to start lining up. The swap area will be opened at 6:30 AM for set up. Vendors will not be admitted for setting up after 9:00 AM! 

• Cars will not be allowed to exit until 2 or 3PM. This is for the safety of all our visitors and a requirement of our insurance.

• Feel free to sell anything (as long as its legal - no drugs, alcohol, or firearms). We provide this area for commerce but is in no way connected to any sales interaction. Grievances about a purchase should be directed to the vendor and not the Cascade Kombis.

• Swappers take note! Once you pull into swap you will need to park and remain in swap. Unloading and pulling your tow vehicle out will not be allowed. Thank you for your cooperation.
